Terms of Service

1. Using Trippy

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for what happens on your account.

2. Your content

You own everything you post: trips, plans, photos and messages. You give us permission to store and display it so the app works for you and the people you invite. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content.
• No impersonating other people, spamming, or scraping the service.
• No attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Trips and invitations

Trip organisers control who joins and what each person can do. Anyone holding an invite link can join that trip, so share links carefully. Public trips can be viewed by anyone with the link.

5. Bookings and travel

Trippy is a planning tool. We do not sell flights, stays or tickets and we are not responsible for anything you book elsewhere, or for the accuracy of links added by trip members.

6. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Trippy.
